Festive Season Competition T&C's

Christmas Till-Slip Competition Terms & Conditions: 
 
By entering the competition, the participant accepts these full terms, conditions and rules of the competitions. 
 
-The Competition will take place from 13 December 2021 – 7 January 2022. (Entries close on 7 January 2021 at 12:00 pm sharp). No late entries will be accepted.
-If any of the winners could not be reached/contacted by 10 January 2022 by 13:00 they will automatically forfeit their prize and another winner will be selected.
-Prizes not collected/claimed within 30 (thirty) days of being won will be disposed of at Summerstrand Village Shopping Centre. 
-The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 
-Only Valid till slips which fit the competition criteria will qualify to win the grand prize. The criteria are: A single Purchase valued at R150 or more. It has to be from a single Summerstrand Village Tenant and not multiple stores within the centre. Purchase has to be made between 13 December 2021 and 7 January 2022 to qualify. One till Slip will qualify you for one entry. You are allowed to enter as many times as you want. Employees of Summerstrand Village, Broll Property and their immediate family are not eligible to participate or enter the competitions. Any violation or attempt to violate Competition rules will result in the immediate disqualification. 
-If any winner is found to be in breach of the competition’s Terms and Conditions. Summerstrand Village Shopping Centre reserves the right to claim the prize back from the winner and re-draw.
-All COVID-19 protocols must be adhered to at all times
-Entrants below the age of 18 (eighteen) should obtain their parents’ or guardian’s consent before entering the competition. 
--By entering this competition, you agree that you are a citizen and a permanent resident of South Africa and that you are 18 years of age or over. 
Your personal information used to enter this competition is protected and will only be used for the purposes of this competition. 
-The winner will have to share their ID, proof of residence and bank account details with us to receive the prize money. Winner(s) must ensure that he/she has all the relevant documentation on hand to claim his/her prize. 
-All information will be destroyed at the end of the competition and will not be shared with a third party. 
-The winners' names will be published on the Summerstrand Village Facebook page , Instagram and website. The winners agree to have their photograph and name used in promotional material.
-No liability is accepted for any loss or damages relating to the use of this website or any of our social media platforms and the reliance of information contained in it. A lost or stolen prize will not be replaced. 
-All prize(s) are not transferable and not negotiable.
-Prize winners will be contacted either telephonically or via email by the marketing department of Summerstrand Village.
